Black Farmers Coop x Fox 29 News

Today, the Tigris Foundation joined the Black Farmers Coop at their farm on 42nd & Girard, West Philadelphia, as they celebrated their community, gardened, and were interviewed by Hank Flynn from FOX 29 News about their work! 🥕

We were joined by the students of the new Southwest Leadership Urban Bloom Gardening Ambassadors Program, in collaboration with the Black Farmers Coop and the Tigris Foundation. A few were even interviewed about the things they’ve been learning in the program! 🍎
