Uplifting the Eastern PA Trans Equity Project

🏳️‍⚧️Our partner, The Eastern PA Trans Equity Project, provides critical direct services to transgender and gender-diverse Pennsylvanians across 42 county regions.

In 2026 alone, they have:

⭐️Delivered over $72,721 in direct aid to 154 community members facing financial hardship

⭐️Provided 1,200 meals to transgender and nonbinary individuals

⭐️Connected 696 people to affirming healthcare providers

⭐️Were instrumental in the passage of a nondiscrimination ordinance in Northampton County

⭐️And supported 81 kids, caregivers, and family members through play dates sponsored by the Tigris Foundation
